@SunshineCoastOpenHouse Forum: Designing for Multi Generational Living
Book your ticket to attend the #SCOH19 Open Forum and hear from an esteemed panel of guest speakers as they discuss the future of multi-generational living in our local region.
With life expectancy increasing, young people staying longer in their childhood homes, Baby Boomers aging, and housing affordability decreasing, three generations under the same roof may soon become the norm. As the need for dynamic, flexible homes that favour both privacy and unity for multigenerational families grows, architects and urban planners must drive innovative and exciting solutions for inclusive living.
Moderated by ABC Sunshine Coast presenter Annie Gaffney, this is a unique opportunity to learn more about designing versatile spaces and adaptable homes and to be involved in this significant community conversation.
