It’s all fake and unrealistic for majority of the people that follow them.
If you really want too achieve the best life and best physical body, than you need too buckle down and focus.
For a healthy fit toned body then get your nutrition right, start eating healthy foods, cut out all crap, move your body every day, go for a run, get yourself a gym membership, join a sports club, do any form of exercise that makes you happy and you enjoy.
Once you start treating your body right, it will repay by feeling and looking good. Your mental health improves also, which is the most important. Happy mind equals happy life.

I’m 21 days away from 25. I know it’s just a number but I feel like it’s a number that I used to think about a lot growing up. It used to be the age that I saw myself being secure with my person. It used to be the age that I thought I’d be moved out on my own or with my person. 25 used to be an age where I thought I would have achieved a lot of things that society tells me that I should have. But now 25 is not going to be dependent on being with “my person” or what society is trying to tell me I should be doing it’s going to be based on how many opportunities I have in front of me.
