It’s amazing what a simple facelift can do to an outdoor space! .
This homeowner wanted to reuse the bones of their previous deck, but resurface and wrap it so it appears brand new. .
We incorporated @deckorators pickets to elevate the style of this pressure treated deck. . . .

Cool find in a little cafe/antique shop in Northumbria this weekend. A 70s steel drawing set that will hopefully come in useful for laying out some joinery in the future. Fiver! Bloody bargain. -
This is our article in @finewoodworkingmagazine ... there’s a cute cameo at the end. A big thank you to @anissakaps for the amazing photography and guiding us through the whole process. AND major respect and thanks goes to @nrhiller for encouraging us to pitch an article. Women in woodworking 🙌!
Hey dudes, I'm doing an art show! @rawedmonton recently scouted me for one of their upcoming shows, they're a really awesome organization who's goal is to promote local art and provide smaller artists with a chance to break into the larger art community. There's going to be tons of amazing local artists and bands performing all night, anyone who's been to @unionhalledm knows whst a cool venue it is, and of course me! If anyone is interested in coming to check it out/supporting me tickets are available at http://www.rawartists.org/tylersambo, you can also check out the rest of the artist lineup on the IMPACT showcase page.
I do feel a bit weird about hocking tickets on social media, but every ticket sold goes directly to covering the cost of my table at the event, so if you want to support ya boi tickets are the best way. Thanks guys!
A bottle stopper turned from what I was told was a 100 year old oak fence post.
It certainly was old and so I wanted to keep some of that character somewhere. Again, I went for the stainless steel stopper from @stainlessbottlestoppers . I like how they sit lower in the bottle.
I built this little cherry #dragonstool last summer following an old article and plan from PWW, but never finished it. (Please contain your surprise.) I think I will just put a couple coats of #osmopolyxoil on it this weekend and call it done.
@cthjoinery we don’t mass produce items, we don’t rely on technology or clever machines to do our work for us. Instead, we invest our time in learning the art of perfection. Learning how to use the tools we have to create one off pieces that will outlast trends. A saying we always use time and time again, is, every day is a school day. Not only does it mean that you learn something new everyday but Meaning to be open minded, accept that there maybe a better way and always strive for better. This mentality will always keep us hungry. Businesses come and go, but @cthjoinery I personally aim to make it a brand to be proud of. #fightingtobeontop
