Good morning 🌞 as some of you have noticed, I haven’t been very active lately. I’ve been working very hard on trying to better myself, not only for myself but for the people around me. I’m beyond grateful for the support I have had in the months I’ve been mia from all social media. I found myself in a deep hole of depression and was turning to alcohol and got myself caught up in things I thought were the best distraction to what I was feeling. I got stuck in a bad group of friends that only influenced me to drink more and party harder. I’ve now come to the realization that this wasn’t at all helping me. I’d wake up hungover only hating myself more and more and turning to alcohol all over again. I’ve talked to specialist, my family and as well the supportive and real friends that I have. I can now say I’m sober and loving life more than I ever have. If you’re struggling or know someone who is struggling; please get help. Talk to someone. The sadness doesn’t last forever. Things WILL get better. You just need to find yourself ❤️ #positivity#strong
