Мы заметили, что на группу «Похудение» не ходят девушки с избыточным весом. Мы долго выясняли почему и пришли к выводу, что они просто стесняются и боятся, что все будут над ними смеяться и тыкать пальцем 😥

If you struggle with tight shoulders like I do from sitting at a computer or from an injury this is a fantastic stretch for you to try. It's also really great at stretching your lats if you do alot of pull-ups. 
Place your elbows on an elevated surface and drop your torso between your arms, clasp your hands together, breathe into it and hold for 1-2 minutes. Awesome stretch!

Bird Dog with a Spinal Balance.
💚 Inhale Raise one arm with opposite leg Exhale and focus on deep breaths. 💚Focus on balancing your weight throughout those fingers and across that rest leg. (DO NOT PUT ALL YOUR WEIGHT ON THAT KNEE)
💚Slowly exhale and bring your leg down on to the toes and bounce about 3 times and inhale back to table top. 
One of favorite yoga poses to help me with my back tension.

Well lemme tell you ever since I started to incorporate yoga into my daily routine my back has tremendously improved.

You'd be surprised how much a good stretch can do for your back.
A lot of the times it can be tight hamstrings that are causing back tension for you.

Not to mention yoga can be awesome for those with scoliosis as I would give some routines to my clients that would give them tremendous results in just a month! 
I also shared a little bit of other stuff from my little yoga sesh like childspose, cat cows, and a downward dog.

Well lemme tell you ever since I started to incorporate yoga into my daily routine my back has tremendously improved. You'd be surprised how much a good stretch can do for your back. A lot of the times it can be tight hamstrings that are causing back tension for you. Not to mention yoga can be awesome for those with scoliosis as I would give some routines to my clients that would give them tremendous results in just a month! The push-up is a staple in my training and programs. It’s a killer pushing exercises that let the shoulder blades move in control through the whole movement.

One of the most common things I see is when you get to the top of the push up your shoulder blades stay retracted (or together). To practice a healthy movement for your shoulder blades, let them protract (or separate)!

It’s not wrong to keep them retracted, but if you want to add in more bang for your buck, try protracting at the top!

Studies have shown (and I’m sure that the general public knows) that sitting for long periods of the time increases the risk for physical injury and disease. The common perils of sitting includes: ❌Back strain
❌Neck strain
❌Headaches
❌Carpal tunnel syndrome

❌Upper back aches
❌Sore & stiff hips

All of this may, correction, WILL have a negative domino effect leading to poor posture and ultimately resulting in PAIN! 🤯 Of course, the only time we get to see our lovely patients is when they’ve reached the PAIN stage. Time and time again, we hear the same excuses: “I forgot”, “I’m just too busy at work”, “I never really think about it”, “it never hurts”, “I thought I was fit”, and so many more. .

The first step to injury/pain prevention always starts with YOU.  Aside from getting up and walking around every 30 mins 🚶🏼‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️, here are some routine/exercises that you MUST do daily to help you develop a better posture and it’ll literally take 3 minutes out of your day. .

1. Trap Opener 🕸- relax your shoulders, put one arm to the back, use the other arm and mildly assist in stretching out your neck making sure you stay looking at your armpit. Rmb to breath! Hold for 20-30 seconds.
.
2. The Eagle 🦅- having your arms to your side, with relaxed shoulders, sweep your arms out from the side to the top and point your fingers to the very top. .
3. The Butterfly 🦋- put your hands behind your head and cross your fingers. Be sure to stretch out your pecs!! Breath and Hold for 20 secs.
.
4. The Hummingbird 🐝- raise your arms out to your side at a 90 degrees angle. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as much as you can. Then rotate your shoulders forward and back, 10x. .

👣Barefoot (left) vs. 👟Shoes (right) Experiment:  My little girl is 11 months and just recently started walking.  This is our first time putting her in shoes.

We started out with these super thin minimal shoes (second video) which she didn’t mind too much and walked pretty well in them.
.
Then we tried out these hand me down converse style shoes (thick and stiff but flat). Which if we put her in boots or something with a lift, it would probably be worse.
.
She was definitely annoyed with the converse shoes.  She kept stopping and had a little tantrum after being in them.
.
🔻Shoes can definitely restrict the way toddlers and children move around.  It can also have a major impact on how their feet grow and develop.  Function over fashion🤷🏼‍♂️
