“Thank you for your patience”
(~Tamara, Apple Support Tech)
This is the irony, and this is my spiritual practice. I was not being very patient. I was being tried, in every moment of every hour of this particular day. But the lesson was clear—this was my chance to practice...
And this is my wish/future sentiment for those of you following me here. Thank you for your patience.
I’m currently chiseling out the next version of myself from some pretty thick marble—and while I want to be sharing, educating, inspiring and more active online, but I have to go through this phase in order to serve better, to reach higher, to help more.
Thank you for your patience. And i hope you too are doing your inner work, allowing the process to unfold, and giving others grace. .
Stagnation can be comfortable so you don't get to see the need of progressing. You choose to be where you want to be. Make growth your lifestyle. You have a Choice.

Really enjoying my training lately. Over the last 6 weeks I have realised how easy I was being on myself throughout the last few years.
I was treating my body like this delicate flower, pushing it slightly but never really doing it any real damage. 6 weeks ago I made a choice to stop accepting excuses and start training 1,2 and sometimes 3 times per day.
Yes, at times this feels like over training, it may well be. Yes, there are a lot of times I feel like resting would be a better option than training. Yes, it isn’t what I want to do and a lot of the time I could use the time more wisely for business and life.
The point is, training in this manner is improving my life, the way I feel and evidently my body is beginning to adapt.
As I sit here this Saturday evening, I really feel I deserve my rest day tomorrow. I’m going to push for one more week then have a de-load 5 days.
