Today my intention is to focus on the SIMPLE things I need in [email protected] to be healthy and happy: .
My goal is to not let #anxiety Sneak up on me today ... I’m going to tackle one task at a time and keep things #simple. Remembering that I haven’t all I need and being grateful for these basic gifts.
The start of the day can determine how the rest of your day turns out. Here are five things that could help your mood 👇
✅ SMILE: As weird as it sounds, find a reason to smile. Even if it’s the tinniest thing like being well & healthy. Trick the mind, it always makes your mood better.
✅ BE IN CONTROL: Wake up straight away and get moving once you’ve had your sleep. This can show your persistently in control of yourself, rather than letting your excuses or laziness control you.
✅ Priority: Focus on what you want to get done throughout the day & make a to do list. The feeling of getting it ticked off can make you feel productive & winning.
✅ SELF CARE: The more you take care of yourself the better you’ll feel about yourself. This could be having a good skin care routine, workout, meditation, yoga or relaxing in a warm bath. There’s a saying: ‘Once you look good, you feel good.’
✅ SOCIAL MEDIA: Follow close friends & look at inspiring posts. Fill your mind with positivity. A great tip is to always take breaks.
