One thing that makes the #singingsirenswomensretreat extra special is that music and sound is at the epicenter of each offering. Have you noticed that Sound Healing is gaining traction and becoming more mainstream? That’s because we’re learning more about how our body-mind-and energetic body responds to frequency and vibration. I’m excited to be bringing a team of women Sound Alchemists and Facilitators together for a sound-centric retreat. Join us in Escondido June 14-16 for a full weekend of embodied vibrational sensuality and connection. ✨

I was introduced to “Wild Power” by Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer, from my mentor a few weeks ago. I’ve started my deeper journey, understanding the different seasons of our cycle as a woman. As I continue my journey of awakening my own personal power, I am learning the true importance of honoring each phase in my body. As I enter the winter season, during the full moon, I’m fully present in the experience of the time for surrender and rest❣️
I had fun last night, trying new places and foods, Christmas lights and loud music, drum circles and rainbow bar stools, disco balls with bras hanging from the ceiling, reminding me of back on the beach at Mahuffers. 💕 I felt a supercharge around midnight when I was called to go outside and dance. Afterwards, I felt amazing and fell straight asleep. I am very curious of this new awareness around the transition.
I will be taking the next few days for myself, my body and what feels good, resting, reading, massage, cooking vibrant foods, listening to Biggie, Bowie & journaling.
