Can you think of a time where you felt your best? A time when you felt at your optimum health, happiness and confidence.
What were the factors that steered you to feel this way? Were you involved in work that you were proud of? Were you challenged? Who surrounded you at that time?
If you can pinpoint the things that helped you to thrive, you’ve got a good idea of what makes you tick and can put things in place to keep yourself in that optimum state.
Personally, I like to feel I’ve got a healthy challenge and a clear goal that I’m connected to daily. It’s proven positive psychology that people are happier when they are connected to a sense of purpose!
I’d love to hear what makes you feel your best! And if you’re not feeling on top form, remember a time where you were - how can you get back to a life that better satisfies you?
Life is about the lessons you learn and how you use them. Quit complaining about what went wrong and procrastinating on your next move because you failed the last time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's time to apply the lessons you learnt the last time and move on. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If it's already happened there is nothing you can do about it now. The best thing you can do is learn the lesson and move on. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What are procrastinating about?

We need to move our dreams into plans. We need to see some commitment and focus. No more ‘I need to do this, that or the other’. ⠀
It’s time for ‘I’m going to do this, that and the other. And I’m going to complete them by the end of the month’ 🙌🏻 ⠀
Let this be YOU! ⠀
We so want to see you guys achieve all you can. No regrets! 💙⠀
Grab a deadline and let’s make this a year to remember!
