Squats starting to feel better but definitely spotting energy leaks all over the place. If I wasn't recording them I wouldn't even know! In Take 1 🎬 I notice some serious twerking going on in my hips #nobueno 🤦🏻‍♂️ Looked a little more solid through the hips on Take 2 🎬 but then was a little looser through the lats 😒 Gotta keep focused on trying to pull down on that bar as if I wanna bend it right across my back 💪🏼 Moved up from a single rep a couple weeks ago to hitting a couple of sets of 3s this time but gotta keep 'em clean. Most coaches & all my clients who first come to me are MASSIVELY undercharging because of 2 main reasons:⁣⁣
Imposter syndrome & fear of not being worthy for more, at the same time somewhat feeling like they are worth more⁣⁣
Inability to get people to say yes to their current pricing, let alone to a higher price (partly because they’re unable to articulate the value of their offer to their market)⁣⁣

So first, lemme shatter your current beliefs on how you’ve been taught to price.⁣⁣

Your prices should NOT be based off:⁣⁣
❌your years of experience as a fitness coach⁣⁣
❌the number of clients you’ve coached⁣⁣
❌industry rates (especially when the entire fitness coaching industry is generally undercharging as a whole)⁣⁣
❌how many hours of work it requires⁣⁣

You don’t HAVE to “slowly increase your prices with more experience”.⁣⁣
You CAN charge 4 figs off the bat if you believe in your worth & have an offer to reflect this.⁣⁣

What your prices SHOULD be based off:⁣⁣
✅your ability to solve your client’s problem⁣⁣
✅the level of transformation in LIFE that your services will provide⁣⁣
✅your belief: what’s a price that’s scary to you, that will stretch your client into their next level and allow you to happily overdeliver, but AT THE SAME TIME a price that you can get your belief behind?⁣⁣

Disclaimer: you can’t just go “ok i’ll charge 3000 now”.⁣⁣
You need to revamp your offer so that it REFLECTS your higher price point, and be able to market it effectively so that you can communicate its value to your people.⁣⁣

Try this finisher on #backworkout  dead hang 3 seconds then explode up through the pull. I don’t like to hold at the top of the movement as it puts a lot of strain on the biceps and if not careful on the way down it can cause an injury!  4 sets till failure 3-10 sec dead hang for this back workout finisher. #personaltrainer #advice #fitnesstips #absoluteprogression @absoluteprogression @redcon1tieroperators

Galera, 5 coisas simples que podem aumentar a barriga:
1- Beber muitos líquidos durante o dia: Refrigerantes, sucos, cervejas... Ingerir calorias líquidas não vai te saciar, além de dilatar o estômago facilita o acúmulo de gordura, um dos motivos é o saldo calórico positivo no final do dia. Beba água!

2- Ingerir líquidos durantes as refeições: pode atrapalhar a digestão e também dilata o estômago. Procure beber 15 minutos antes e 40 minutos depois das refeições.

3- Usar roupas muito apertadas: Roupas apertadas podem atrapalhar a circulação, causando retenção de líquido e inchaços.

4- Postura relaxada: Principalmente se você passa o dia sentado e não tem o costume de manter uma postura com o abdômen contraído.

5- Picos de insulina ou cortisol: Insulina é o hormônio que tira o açúcar do sangue e leva pra célula e também tem a função de acumular gordura, se dá picos de insulina sempre que comemos muito e alimentos que são rapidamente absorvido pelo corpo como carboidratos simples. Cortisol é o hormônio do stress, então o corpo entende que é uma situação de perigo e precisa armazenar energia (em forma de gordura) pensando é claro em sobrevivência.

Sundays activities: Part 2 of the Central Highland Triathlon Club AQUATHON! This time I partner with @bridget_mathers and I took on the 750m swim.... thank goodness Bridge is quite the speedy athlete because I was last out of the pool, but she made up the ground on her 6km run.... and we finished in the middle of the pack! 
I was so happy I challenged myself and did the swim leg. It was super hard.. I had inappropriate swim wear on, my cap felt like it was falling off, my left arm doesnt have much mobility and my goodness was I puffed... bahahaha, massive shout out to swimmers I say... but it was so fun and something different! 
A client also commented about how scary it is to be swimming against the ‘elite athletes’ which got me thinking... I can totally understand how someone has fear when stood next to these people, but what I take from it, is that they are so proud that we are giving their sport a go! It doesn’t matter if u come first or last.... it’s about participation and having fun!!! I live by this. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t have done half the events I’ve done 😁👍🏻 So what’s going to be your next sporting challenge?? 🤙🏼 .

I deadlifted for the first time in a while today. When you deadlift it’s important to always keep the bar against the front of your shins and quads during the movement. If the bar is not in contact with your legs then it puts strain on the lower back. 
If you deadlift with bare legs the bar will scrape uncomfortably and leave marks across your shins. That’s why I suggest deadlifting in pants or high socks. Mine have a picture of my cat Gypsy on them. They are obviously incredible but you don’t need such fantastic socks to deadlift in comfort.

If the bar is not in contact with your legs then it puts strain on the lower back. If you deadlift with bare legs the bar will scrape uncomfortably and leave marks across your shins. That’s why I suggest deadlifting in pants or high socks. Mine have a picture of my cat Gypsy on them. Just met with a client today out in Vernon Hills and we discussed SEVERAL DIFFERENT diet paths. One of them being gluten free.

Whether it’s intermediate fasting, paleo/vegan diets, and gluten free. For many people this is an easier transition and isn’t as drastic.

Guys being successful in manipulating your body to be bigger and more muscular or thinner and more lean you WILL NEED to be mindful of what you eat.

With more exercise more food WILL BE CONSUMED but that also means the timing and what we put into our bodies is oh so very important.

So here’s a healthy alternative incase you are currently or are looking to start dieting.
