Nos propres forces d’action
Comme je l’ai dit sur un précédant post, il n’existe pas vraiment d’échec, car on peut toujours apprendre avec de la volonté. Cependant nous ne grandirons pas au maximum de nous-même, nous n’exploiterons pas notre NOUS à fond. Et ça finalement va nous rendre malheureux ou désespéré, parce que nous ne serions pas épanoui, nous ne nous sentirions pas nous-mêmes.
Et cela arrive seulement par cause qu’on ne pense pas à nos caractères les plus puissant, qui peuvent nous donner de la force dans chacune de nos actions.
Il faut simplement penser à quelles sont nos plus gros caractères qui puisse nous servir pour une telle ou telle action, et enfin dans cette énergie nous pourrions mettre en place d’autre actions afin de miser sur des caractères particulier qui pourraient favoriser le développement de nos actions.
En revenant à mon exemple, si vous auriez d’une part favorisé l’action d’utiliser votre créativité ainsi que vos autres caractère profond, vous seriez sans doute dans une énergie puissante qui vous aurez fait avancer afin de mettre en place d’autres actions pour votre entreprise.

Sometimes our harshest critic is our self-talk.
I’m learning to embrace these words, “… who, at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he/she fails, at least fails while daring greatly.” (1)
As Brené Brown aptly says, "Vulnerability is not knowing victory or defeat, it's understanding the necessity of both, it's engaging. It's being all in" (2)

We usually value going to Churches etc. as serving The Source of Creation and forget that all our interactions are interactions with the physical manifestation of the Source of Creation.
In this realization we see work of The Source clearer in our lives and find our peace knowing we serve Them through our service to all that is around us including our very own selves. 😊

It's Monday. Which one area of your life would you love to shine the spotlight of your awareness on this week? Choose one thing, start logging, reflecting, becoming more self-aware and improvement will come!
We all know that when you're on a diet, you write down your food and exercise and when you're training for a marathon, you record your distances and times. Duh.
Sure isn't that what the Fitbit is all about? People are becoming more self-aware of their exercise and sleep and therefore taking action to improve those areas of their lives.
Me... I'm tracking my sleep this month (without a fitbit, that's a rant for another day!). I recently heard the term Sleep Hygiene. It's a lovely phrase. To me, it means having rituals to signal winding down, like turning down the lights, meditating a bit earlier, journaling, STAYING OFFLINE and lying down even if I'm not tired (ugh). Just like we do with kids, i think we can benefit from those rituals ourselves too. I've also downloaded some Shawn Stevenson and Matthew Walker books/ podcasts as I've heard people RAVE about the sleep facts they share. It will help my motivation and inspiration (hopefully!)
DeniseDT talks about logging your abundance, each and every single penny you receive, you log it gratefully. I've also seen people logging their water intake, their time on social media, their time online in general and their productivity- task by task, hour by hour.
What would you like to log and therefore improve? I'd love to know.
It's Monday. It's a good week to start. There are even apps for recording habits and it's so satisfying when you get a good record of doing something everyday. Then you don't want to break it! Just pick one thing. #smallbutmighty

The more options we have the more struggles we face. Have you noticed that?
We can spend endless hours browsing online stores, shopping malls, dating apps etc. and even making a career choice becomes a brainer as we leave in abundance. Instead of making us happier, those unlimited possibilities can often lead to anxiety, loneliness and depression. That can lead to avoidance of making any decisions and eventually prevent us from growth and development. This phenomenon is known as the Paradox of Choice.
Researchers are proving that the more decisions/choices we make during a day-> the more tired our brain gets-> the higher are chances to make a decision that won’t be satisfactory. So how do we ensure that every decision (or most of them) leads to a happier life? 🧐
Here is how you can make your life easier on an everyday basis:
- > Cut the number of options. It's easier to choose between chocolate or vanilla ice cream than between another 20 flavours.
-> Decide what you want and need before starting a search. Put a filter on everything you browse online and offline. For example, we usually know what we want when booking a hotel room. Try to apply the same strategy to make other choices.
-> Set a deadline for making a decision. It is better to make one and adjust later if needed rather than delaying and ending up with nothing.
Of course, not every choice is as simple as choosing between ice cream flavours, but the rules of choosing are universal.

The only difference between the variation of that word/action is the T and the way you look at it. Literally. 🤯 Treat the ‘T’ as an intersection. See what I mean? You can go either go one way or the other.
You can choose to say “Stuff this! I’m going to do what I believe is best for me & stop making excuses NOW” OR you can keep telling yourself you’re not going to be able to succeed, without even trying.
As my favourite and the very wise @msrachelhollis mentioned in her RISE podcast once - “You’re not afraid of failure, you’re afraid of what people will think of you if you don’t succeed” .
Choose to grow. You have the potential to do things you couldn’t even imagine. 🤩
Don’t stay stuck at that intersection, take direction. Just try it once, and I promise you won’t regret it. EVERYONE CAN, if you struggle to believe in yourself then I want you to know that I believe in you and I want to help you grow! ✨❣️
People often say, “don’t leave that behind,” but here’s a few items that *are* good for you to leave behind...
🙅🏻♀️Your regrets. You chose what you did in that moment because for whatever reason it felt good or right to do so *at the time. That moment has passed and right or wrong, you can’t un-choose it. Vow to choose better or different next time but let that shit go.
🙅🏻♀️The notion that you’re not doing enough. It’s true that there’s always more we could be doing or working towards but sometimes purely being human IS enough. Sometimes getting out of bed, doing your work (whatever it is), returning those phone calls, exercising, paying your bills, getting quality sleep, remaining calm when someone grinds your gears,
is enough! Never stop learning, growing and evolving but as for ‘doing enough’ - it’s simple; YOU ARE ENOUGH.
🙅🏻♀️ The belief that being vulnerable is weakness. I could go on for hours about this one! Dropping your defences and letting your guard down requires a whole lot of strength. To stand there bare in front of others and let your truth be known and heard is brave and courageous and most importantly it’s how true connection between people is created. Allow others to see and feel the real you, I promise it’ll be worth it!

Choosing yourself is a courageous act. It takes bravery to front potential rejection, to face your fears and to be SEEN. .
Waiting for someone else to decide whether you’re worthy of being chosen is the fastest way to disempower yourself and to dismantle self-belief & trust. 😢
Many of my clients have mentioned that they long for someone to “choose” them. But by placing the power in someone else hands, they are enforcing beliefs of unworthiness. .
My question is always ”Do you choose yourself?” And by this I mean, do you stay aligned to your values and standards regardless of outside reaction or opinion? If the answer is no, then this is why there is a problem. .
In order for someone to choose you, you need to be choosing yourself every damn day, because if you're not, you accept a lower standard than what you deserve, your enforcing the same old beliefs and you're filling your space, time, energy and focus with people that don't serve you, rather than opening it up for those that do. .
Solution: Spend time knowing yourself. Spend time understanding what you like and what you don't. What you accept and what you don't. Come to know what you value and what's important, and take time practicing and EMBODYING those things. THEN look at making boundaries that support those, so that you know where your threshold is for accepting certain things/people/scenarios in life. .
Be BRAVE enough to be ok with and say ”no” to those that don't align.
If you hang with me, be careful because I am going to brainwash you into believing in yourself and that you can achieve anything. And yes baby you deserve that. ❤️

This really resonates with me and is very powerful.
As I was bullied through school and in work & all of my aggressors were women, I love to do all I can to support other women so they don’t feel how I felt. Other women seem to love to try and tear me down when they had an audience but it was a very very different story behind the scenes! Don’t be that woman!
Be the woman who lifts other women up and makes them feel good about what they’re doing and support them to be successful! Appearing strong on the outside isn’t always how it is on the inside.
Strong women inside and out. May we know them; may we be them and may we raise them 😁

But first, what is expected from a trainer?
Having the knowledge, experience and skills to be a trainer are only some prerequisites. A much more
difficult requirement for a successful trainer is to have strong mental and emotional composure as training can be very demanding. It requires constant energy output.
If one tires quickly, becomes discouraged quickly, or frustrated when things do not go according to plan, training might not be the path.
Introducing oneself as a Trainer to an audience tends not to be neutral. There are labels associated to this professional field and it reveals elements about oneself.
