Peace is a product of a positive mental attitude, while violence is the result of negative thinking. Peace is the natural state of society; violence is an unnatural state. Peace is as much in accordance with nature’s plan as violence is against it. When peaceful conditions prevail in a society all activities take place in their proper form. But if the atmosphere of peace is disturbed, the normal functioning of society is disrupted.
Peace is thus central to the life of the believer. Islam is a religion of peace. And peace is a universal law of nature. That is because God loves the condition of peace, and disapproves of any state of unrest. God’s predilection for peace is quite enough reason for the believer also to love peace. In no circumstances will the true believer ever tolerate the disruption of peace.
Peaceful revolution is the outcome of peaceful thinking. Peaceful minds make for a peaceful world. A peaceful society is a result of peaceful persons. Therefore, peace can be established only when every single unit of society is ready to live in peace. Only those persons can live in peace who are ready to remain patient, regardless of the circumstances. .

Mini celebration... almost 400 days straight !🧘♀️🧘♀️🎉🎉 I bring this up because a bit of a theme has been popping up with a heap of my clients lately... and that’s around mental health. Anxiety. Depression. All that jazz. 🎶 .
I used to get anxiety but can happily say it’s faded into the distance now since meditating. It’s funny though, I wanted so bad to make it a habit for over 5 years 👏 . .
What changed? What was the secret? For me, it was finding a reason bigger than me & my BS. Something important & exciting enough. Rather than just “to reduce stress & anxiety” . .
💕 It was only once I realised my purpose: what I wanted to do and who I wanted to become that I was able to commit. .
I knew that for me to be the best coach I could possibly be, I needed a strong & clear mind. I needed to make meditation a habit. And I did. Just like that. And it’s been the best thing. I look forward to it everyday. 💓 .
My biggest tip for anyone wanting to start meditating or anything really? Find your reason. Find something bigger than you and your excuses. Something that excites the s*** out of you. It needs to be positively focused or else it won’t be fun! And fun makes the world go round 🎉 .
If you haven’t yet found your big purpose or reason, check out the link in my bio - it will get you started on finding yours! x
