I seriously could of sat for hours in the middle of our cruise ship and just talked to this BEAUTY!!!! She is so beautiful inside and out. Beyond impressed with this beauty’s progress.
We have been working on strengthening Ash’s compound movements. She’s gone from 60lbs on bench for 6 to 65lbs for sets of 10+ easy. 115lbs on squat for 8 to 135lbs for 10 . And 135lb on deadlifts for 8 to 165 for 8. It hasn’t been too long and I don’t expect her progression to slow down anytime soon.
