One of the things I love most about fitness...
You can’t cheat the grind.
It knows how much work you invested and it won’t give you anything you didn’t work for.
In fitness, no one can do the work for you either.
You can’t delegate tasks.
You can’t rely on someone else to lift the weight.
Or eat the food.
It’s all on you.
And I freaking love that.

As I have started taking on a few new fitness goals in a more aggressive way, frequent travel has been yet another obstacle in growing and maintaining muscle mass, since eating and access to gyms is different.
Rather than resigning myself to the usual mass losses (and then blaming paralysis for it), I’ve made a goal this trip to maintain my diet, and find a gym at least three times over the four days I’m traveling. I actually don’t know how I’m going to do this, but I’m making the promise. 🙏🏼

Still staying fairly lean but looking to push for more weight for the rest of December. I’ve been also been incorporating more isolation hold workouts and functional movements. Keeping everything tight! 💯
