Let’s talk posing. But first, damn I miss having trap veins💀💯. I didn’t get serious about practicing posing for my last show until I was about 3 weeks out (when I felt lean enough to do it). I just practiced a front pose I saw online and my back posing in this video is me just trying different poses and seeing which looked best.
I started working with @kennywallach 1.5 weeks out. Kenny was able to look at my shape and give me a front pose that would look best for my physique on stage. For my back pose he broke down step by step how to get wider and really flare out my lats and give me more of a tapered look. I cant thank him enough for that. To anyone new to competing I would practice posing during training in between sets and after cardio/ab sessions at home.

I want to do a how to build a summer six pack e-book. It’ll include an 8 week program with a training design geared towards strengthening your core, improving cardiovascular fitness, and nutrition guidance with healthy eating habits to follow along with grocery shopping list of foods you should be eating. It’s hard to eat bad if you don’t buy bad foods.

was a fucking 32-year old bankrupt DEFUNCT who lost money in the six figures, his confidence, all his dreams and passions, and any reason to even try anymore.
failure upon failure upon failure, and more FAILURE.
we could live in the PAST and endlessly ponder on all our mistakes, bad decsions, setbacks, and the “shoulda, woulda, couldas.” but what is your endgame? when an outcome may not have resulted as we had hoped or expected, that is the time we need to remind ourselves of what our grand FINALE is. missing a milestone is not a judgment. take a step back (or in my case, a step up on a roof) and see the big picture again. losses with wins are expected. a perfect season is slim to none.
it's not win or lose, it's win or LEARN. apply the knowledge and lessons learned, become wiser, man the fuck up and go on to the next.
come up with more business ideas, crack open your textbook again, get back on that DIET, walk into your office like it was your first day at work. wheres that FIRE that used to burn inside your belly? light that shit up again, bitches. don't stop trying.
