Moments before I felt like collapsing. Moments before my mini breakdown.

Not the prettiest or aesthetic of pictures but it’s as real as it gets.

Today  the hardest day to date. My body was ready to give up . My mind almost followed. And in the midst of everything I found the strength to push through. 
_
You see. When things get hard it’s human nature to doubt yourself. It’s human nature to want to quit. But quitting never crossed my mind. No. Not all all.. you think quitting something you’ve wanted for so long is easy.. think again. 
_
 I wanted to take a moment to evaluate what i was feeling and whether my whirlwind of emotions was a valid enough reason for me to call it a day. I’m ok with stopping if  I have no more to give .... but I am not ok with stopping when I know I still have more in me.

I knew I pushed with everything I had during my workout... damn near puked and collapsed and every single inch of me ached. I only had 2.2k steps in towards the 15k I needed. My feet were swollen. I was in pain. I laid on the floor and I cried it out. Got up rehydrated ate some food and got my ass to the park to finish my 15k steps.

Failure is a choice. Success is a choice. Pain is temporary but pride from  pushing through the moments you thought were the end of you are forever. 
_
I chose this life. I signed up for this. I take it for all the high and the lows...I take responsibility for the good and the bad days and for all the moments of weakness because those moments are the moments that will forever inspire our inner greatness 🙏🏻 _
Going to sleep so good tonight knowing I gave today my all.  Goals in tact and not once did I even consider eating my feelings 👑

didn’t get into a soulcycle class today but spontaneously decided to go for a run. headphones were dead and my leggings didn’t have pockets (where do i put my phone???) but i ran through the beautiful city of sf to @bobaguys for my @oatly matcha latte then ran back because i was late for dance practice lol. if you love it & it’s worth it, you’ll make time. it’s as simple as that.

Come mai tante persone si chiedono "Come mai non riesco a dimagrire? Eppure ho eliminato tutti gli alimenti fritti e i dolci.." beh.. evidentemente.. Non basta! 🧐🤓💡
Di cosa abbiamo bisogno per PERDERE PESO?? ⚖️🥦🍕

1️⃣Non andrete molto lontano senza DEFICIT CALORICO! 🔊📢 !! Quando la palestra fa una piccola (strano eh? 😆) percentuale del tuo lavoro, l'alimentazione farà l'80 %! 🍽️☕🌱🍓 E ricordati che non bastano settimane, ma MESI e MESI di duro lavoro! La COSTANZA diventerà la tua migliore amica!! 👭 (Ci vogliono circa 30 giorni per abituarsi ad una routine e 90, all'incirca, per far sì che diventi una #lifestyle 🙏🏽🧘🏾‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️🍓🍏) 2️⃣ALLENATI CON I PESI!!!! 🎉💪🏽
Il cardio non farà bruciare il grasso, ma aiuterà, comunque, a far assumere al vostro corpo, una forma più armoniosa, asciutta e tonica! 💧🥗
3️⃣ Il CHEAT MEAL/CHEAT DAY (Per i più impavidi 😂) È FONDAMENTALE!
