It is a pace of progress and contemplation, a place to push yourself and hone your ability to focus, to grow, and to achieve self-improvement.

I love the gym, and consider the choice to make it a habitual part of my life to be one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made.

The self-control, discipline, and work ethic I have cultivated within its walls has carried over to every other aspect of my life and has, without a doubt, led me to become a more confident, self-assured, and more complete individual.

Through the years, I’ve come to see the gym as a sanctuary, a place of meditation and reflection.. and I am certainlynot the first to think this way.

The Classical Greeks believed that physical fitness and mental clarity were two sides of the same coin?

The Greeks understood that the mind and body are not separate entities, but that they are fundamentally and intimately linked. They regarded physical conditioning with the same importance as they did the pursuit of knowledge and medicine.

To exercise was not considered a preference to the Greeks, but a civil duty.

Many people wake up on New Year’s day or a moonth before summer  with a mouth that tastes like they’ve gargling motor oil with a hangover that feels like an infected brain tumor, then they drag their sorry ass to the gym and perhaps go on some fad diet endorsed by a Kardashian because this year is the one they’re finally going to lose weight and they will finally look good for the beach season 🙈
That’s a bad plan. Actually, it’s no plan. It’s white-knuckle weight loss where you see getting in shape as enduring torture to achieve a specific end, and it’s got a higher failure rate than a Taylor Swift relationship

1)Вспомнить, для чего вы вообще пришли в фитнес, или спорт?
2)Чего вы хотите добиться? Похудеть, или растренится. Вспомнить ваши цели.
3)Посмотреть на своих кумиров и видео с мотивациями.
4)Посмотреть на свой результат, сколько произошло в вас изменений.
5)Пройденный путь. Сколько вы сделали, чтоб так просто сдаться.
6)Коментарии со стороны, близких и родных, о вашей смене образа жизни.
7)Думать о победе над собой, осозновать что вы сильнее себя.. когда организм говорить, давай хватит уже. 
8)Найти друга-спортсмена,  конкурента. Что бы появился стимул для занятий.

Sometimes I need 2 shots of tequila, to know what I feel. Because sometimes I don’t understand myself.
————————————————————— I had the worst sleep last night, for the first time in a while but I didn’t hit snooze on my alarm. I got up at my usual 5:30, I admittedly did absolutely nothing but I enjoyed the silence. Sometimes it is nice to just sit and do nothing. No noise. No phone. Just silence. Just to think. To reflect. ————————————————
On a plus side I no longer wake up super achy the day after my training sessions. I still feel a small ache but it’s no longer a ‘I don’t think I can leave bed’ kind of ache so that’s a positive. I never thought I would be someone to wake up at 5:30am, that used to be the time I would be going to bed after a night of just gaming or Netflix. I’m not saying I don’t still have those pleasures, I still game, I still binge Netflix, I just have timed sessions 😂 
Being healthy and motivated doesn’t have to be super strict just means a more balanced time table and involves more planning. (Which I honestly super love doing) ———————————————
What’s something you do in the mornings?
☀️ I have this lil routine:  a massive glass of water, some preworkout then a good gym session and a nice cold shower (weird I know) followed by a nice warm healthy breakfast 🍳
Sometimes I need 2 shots of tequila, to know what I feel. I worked shoulders today, bit wasn't wearing a shoulder-showing shirt, so here's unrelated pictures 🤣 I try to throw in leg movements whenever I can, because my legs are still so weak from my injury, so here is a portion of the workout I did:
- Seated (on the ground) Underhand Shoulder Press 4X12
-Lateral Raises/Front Raise superset 20,12,12,12,12
-Cable leg abduction 4X12

Some more from my last squat session. After hitting a top single, I had a 5x5 at 375lbs/170kg. These moved pretty comfortably at RPE 7. Gonna have to change things up for progression in next week’s squat sessions though.

รีวิวแรกของเรา เริ่มจาก studio แทบจะเรียกว่าเป็นเจ้าแรกๆของเมืองไทยที่มาบุกเบิกการออกกำลังกายแบบ crossfit โดยที่นี่มีการออกแบบแต่ละ class ให้แตกต่างกัน บาง class เน้น weight training บาง class ก็จะเน้น cardio โดย coach แต่ละคนก็จะออกแบบ WOD ที่น่าสนใจ 
ส่วนตัวแล้วบาง class จะเน้นออกกล้ามเนื้อมัดที่เราไม่ค่อยได้ใช้ ก็จะรู้สึกแปลกๆดี จุดเด่นคือ class ที่ไม่ใหญ่มาก coach ดูแลได้ทั่วถึง ใครสนใจ one on one ที่นี่ก็มีให้เลือกด้วย 
ส่วนอุปกรณ์และสถานที่ ก็ตามอายุของสถานที่ แต่ทุกอย่างยัง function ได้ดี ถึงจะไม่แฟนซีใหม่เอี่ยม แต่ก็ครบถ้วนในสิ่งที่ต้องการ ส่วนห้องน้ำก็ไม่ได้ใหญ่มากตามสถานที่ที่ไม่ใหญ่มาก ผ้าขนหนูสามารถจ่ายตังเพิ่มได้ อ่อที่นี่เล่นเท้าเปล่านะ ความรู้สึกก็จะหนึบติดพื้นดี ทำให้ออกได้มั่นใจ แต่ใครที่ข้อเท้าไม่ดีอาจจะต้องระวังหน่อย
