90 day challenge...
Every day except Saturday (known as the original Sabbath) made to rest and grind the rest of the week.I'll will be doing 100 pull ups in 10 sets of 10. & 30 down on the push ups for those that dont know it would be 30,29,28....and so on...I swell up quick and this is my routine from in the joint which I will carry on throughout...i need to detoxify my body and finish this 3 year bit strong physically and mentally.. Im coming back after about a month of no workout.... Lets see the before and after of 90 days which. I will be a free man! Mind you I'm gonna be eating more and drinking more water! Having food to restore energy and replenish our bodies while building and growin is one of the keys to sucess.These basic routines will build your chest, back triceps and posture .keep at it for even just 30days and I promise result .both physically and mentally but go the full 90 ...LEVEL up a few notches! .shake the winter off shake your past life off get up and get IT done.
