We all know kids love animation and can spend hours just watching it. Wouldn't it be more cool and fun, if they actually made the animation themselves? Students of Fort city, Vizianagaram decided to just do that. Instead of paper greetings that are slow to go or the emotion-less text messages, they created animated greeting cards for Pongal using stop-motion animation. Here is cute one from that collection. There is never a dull moment in a Creya Studio. By the way stop motion animation was also used in Bob the builder where static objects appear to have life.#gogreen#greengreetings#stopmotionanimation#storyboarding#21stcenturyskills#STEAM#creya#designthinking

Hi! I’m Thant Hein and I’ll be introducing this new series to our Insta called #familyofUXC which you’ll get to know the people working at UXC a little bit more.
What’s your role in UXC?
“I’m an intern from SP Business Innovation & Design and just joined UXC about 4 months ago.” What do you do here?
“I help out around the office mainly in research and design work but I also get to do fun work like designing the Werewolf game in my own style and now I’m handling the UXC’s social media.” .
What do you do outside of work? “Outside of work, I’m a watch nerd. I could be spend hours just reading about watches, watching videos (pun unintended), searching Carousell & ebay and even going out on the weekends to find little vintage watch shops around Singapore.” ....
Something you want to showcase?
“I recently got this actual watch used by the British Royal Navy in the first Gulf War which the watch dates back to 1990 (older than me). It’s a contagious hobby that started by my dad and now subtly even my friends ended up getting the same watch as me.” .....
Did you know there are loads of benefits that come with using Rammed Earth for construction?
Rammed Earth is a natural insulator, meaning it will keep the inside of a house cool even in the strong heat of an Indian summer!
Whats more, Rammed Earth is extremely durable, completely fire-proof and fully weather resistant, as CSIRO research (and centuries of use worldwide) has proven.
The benefits are many - load bearing, pest proof, low maintenance etc.

Mira, Bellino!
Have you heard? #HuskeeCup has a smart new initiative that tilts the scales in your favour – it's called #HuskeeSwap! ⠀
As a scaleable alternative to single-use disposables, we created the HuskeeSwap scheme to tackle the 600+ billion takeaway cups that pile up in landfill (an enormous problem that cannot be solved by individually owned cups alone!). With HuskeeSwap, our intention is to build a global community of cafes and coffee drinkers who swap and exchange a SINGLE cup!⠀⠀
So, how does HuskeeSwap work?⠀⠀
1. Drop in your HuskeeCup (& lid) at the counter of a HuskeeSwap checkpoint (find your nearest one at huskee.co/locations). ⠀⠀
2. Order your coffee as usual.⠀⠀
3. Collect your coffee in a fresh #HuskeeCup!⠀⠀
Intrigued? Fancy joining us? Head to the HuskeeSwap tab at huskee.co (link in bio) to read more about all the exciting details!⠀
I mentioned that I would share some of the things we talked about at the retreat we had, here's one of it. .
Your business has been running for a while now, relatively profit is coming in and while some things have been challenging, you now have a good grip on management. .
On the other hand you are having staffing issues. The ideal in your mind is a business that your staff is committed to and are unashamed about marketing to people, but sometimes you are tempted to raise your voice at them or just threaten to fire them when they don't live up to your expectation of them. .
Now you're unsure how to skillfully manage this situation without hurting your business or the people involved. That is called a 'polarity', and one of the hallmark of effective leadership is managing the polarity so well without compromising any area. .
As you can see from the image above, there's a polarity between the old way of thinking and the new. It is not that the old school is completely wrong, it's just that thing with balancing skillfully the positives of both sides. .
What polarities are you presently dealing with?
To build brand awareness, and ultimately grow as a company, you need to take consistent, conscious action. Today it’s not about being the squeaky wheel, that actually breaks trust, instead you need to earn attention.
To do that you need to serve. Ensure that your content and communications genuinely serve your audience and provide real value in their lives. This approach creates highly effective communications and builds brand trust.
