I’ve been working so much these days and been busy moving to our new place plus the kids that I’ve been slacking off on setting time for formal exercise. But now I have NO excuses as I have access to a new online fitness class every week [link on bio] 😉
But why exercise? 🌟 The HHS has recently released the second edition of the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, providing science-based guidance to help people ages 3 years and older improve their health through participation in regular physical activity.
Recommendations for adults include:
✔️ Do at least 150 to 300 minutes a week of moderate-intensity
✔️ Or 75 minutes to 150 minutes a week of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity
✔️Or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity aerobic activity
What is high-intensity 🆚 moderate exercise?
👉 You can measure it with ⌚️ or apps or simply
➖ Low-intensity: you can talk & sing comfortably while exercising
➖ Moderate intensity: you can talk but can’t sing
➖ High intensity: can’t speak in full sentences

Oops! I did it again!
These four ladies worked SOOOOO dang hard tonight AND had a blast while doing so!! In my class there is no competition, no judgement, and no right or wrong. As long as you show up and keep moving and are having FUN, I’m a happy girl!
