Gotta thank my mom @kimmy73158 for her camera skills on this one (she’s in the second video 😍). Last day in NJ before heading home. I really wanted to hit some heavy weights today, but the body wasn’t feeling it. Here’s what I came up with in the basement gym. Every 3min x 10 rounds:
15 Cal assault bike
15 Cal row
12 Burpees over the rower * tried to hang onto 15 burpees but lost it on the last 2 rounds.
I hope you all can use this as motivation for your next training session at home. It’s true that I’m usually in some of the nicest facilities around the globe, but I never mind throwing down ALONE, with NO music, jet-lagged, minimal time, and with minimal equipment. Creativity and different elements should only make it more fun, not less. No excuses and keep that glass half full, not half empty 😘.
