Ma question est: "Dois je absolument convaincre cette personne?".
. Non, clairement pas envie - Cette personne construit son chemin avec ses croyances, et le fait de me lire suffit amplement à la bousculer - Sa "résistance" est compréhensible car mon discours remet en question ses années d'éducation et de certitudes.

. Tant pis si une personne nourri son corps et son âme  de pesticides, de molécules de synthèse et de produits transformés à l’extrême - il faut peut-être passer par ce chemin sinueux et enclavé pour espérer un jour voir la lumière.

Bref, il y a encore du boulot à faire en terme de conscience et d’impact sur les bien-fondés d'une alimentation éveillée.
La leçon ? Nous avons chacun nos croyances, et c’est ce qui fait la richesse et la diversité de ce Monde. En revanche, j’invite celles et ceux qui ne croient pas à un possible mieux à ne pas venir balancer leurs croyances limitantes et perturber ceux qui essaient.
Il suffit d’un commentaire décourageant pour décourager un grand nombre de personnes qui s'investissent dans la recherche du mieux être.

O alongamento muscular é um exercício natural destinado a relaxar os músculos antes e depois de uma atividade física mais intensa. De fácil execução ele dá maior elasticidade aos músculos, tornando os movimentos mais fáceis e soltos.

 a. Tecnica, controllo.
 B. Velocità a carichi superiori o uguali al 80% del 1RM come diretta conseguenza. 
La velocità a carichi inferiori è del tutto indifferente e assolutamente sopravvalutata nella preparazione atletica.

MYTH 1: Lifting weights will cause you to bulk like the Hulk.
Unless you plan on taking anabolic steroids, have insane genetics, and dedicate multiple hours daily to training, then you're never going to look bulky. The cold, hard truth is that women have 1/15 to 1/20th the amount of testosterone as men, and testosterone is the primary hormone responsible for muscle growth. So it's genetically impossible to develop a hulk-like physique, unless that is your actual goal—and even then it's extremely difficult to achieve. Female bodybuilders have trained for many years to achieve a very specific look, and often use anabolic steroids to assist them. So please, once and for all, let's give this one a rest.

MYTH 2: Cardio is the best method for fat loss.
Not only does strength training add more definition to your entire body (hello, abs!), but it has a ton of other health benefits too. My favorite: It increases your basal metabolic rate (BMR), which means you'll burn more calories throughout the day—even when you're not working out. The result is more lean muscle mass and less body fat, and that's something you can't get that with just cardio.
