Today I finished 6 weeks of the 20 min/day program. I ugly cried when I put my “Conquer” sticker on my step. It was so overwhelming for me to think how I committed myself for 6 weeks.
I didn’t miss a day! I showed up on days where I was sore, days when I was too tired, days where I was out of town, and even I showed up for a whole week where I was under a large amount of stress.
But I committed. .
I have to give all the ladies in my Challenge Group a huge virtual hug! If it weren’t for them, I would not show up everyday. .
And this is why I talk about what I’m doing so often. Because it’s real, it works and it’s FUN!

I don’t like afternoon workouts. Especially one where I have already worked out in the morning.
But, here’s the thing. My team was finishing today. All the people in the coach test group are finishing today. Hundreds of other people that I have never met, are finishing today.
So, I am finishing today! Day 41, Balanced.
I committed to 6 weeks. I conquered 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I climbed past injury, having to take unwanted rest days and doubling up to catch up.
Completing this feels amazing. Setting a goal and accomplishing it feels amazing.
@shaunt - thank you for this program. Thank you for the motivation, support and the kick in ass on some days.

Well I did it! I committed, I climbed and I conquered. This program was amazing. 20 minute workouts and felt dead after each one.
Shaun T is an amazing motivator and trainer. His story inspires me every time I hear it. I wasn’t sure at times if my knee could handle it but his voice kept me going and pushing myself.

While there are probably many climbers out there that would not find this difficult had I been told two years ago that I would one day be able to do this I never would have believed it. Thanks to my son @shmuelfein for his guidance and lessons I was able to accomplish this today.
