Im one of the lucky few in this world that loves my job and doesn’t mind waking up in the morning to go to work. 
My job has taken me to some lovely parts of the country and i’ve met a lot of interesting people but I never thought it would lead me to meeting an England International Rugby Player!! Was great meeting @chrisashton14 and his partner today, such lovely down to earth people, look forward to seeing you again soon.

I have to admit im not the biggest rugby fan, but rugby fan or not when you get in front of an athlete who has played for his country you get a massive sense of respect knowing how much they have dedicated of their life and how disciplined they must be. 
My hat is off to all athletes in what ever sport, keep going...the struggles are worth it and you can achieve great things!

I’m posting early which means one thing, I must be making breakfast. Banana waffles? And only 5g of net carbs per serving. Out of my way! 
Ingredients: * 1 ripe banana
* 4 eggs
* ¾ cup almond flour
* ¾ cup coconut milk
* 1 tbsp ground psyllium husk powder
* 1 pinch salt
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* coconut oil or butter, for frying

Instructions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together and let sit for a while.
2. Make in a waffle maker or fry in a frying pan with coconut oil or butter.
3. Serve with hazelnut spread or whipped coconut cream and some fresh berries, or just have them as is with melted butter. 1.Avocado 🥑 Toast with Creamy Kale Cashew Pesto, Slow & Soft Scrambled Eggs 🍳 , Cherry Tomatoes 🍅 , Fresh Basil 🌿 , and Black Pepper.

2.Spiralized Sweet Potato 🍠 Waffles, topped with mashed avo with lemon 🍋 , heirloom cherry tomatoes 🍅 , feta, basil, and black sea salt.

3.Pesto Egg Waffles topped with more pesto and avocado 🥑 chunks. To make, just scramble eggs in a bowl and pour into your waffle iron, cooking for about 4 min on medium high (use 1 egg per waffle)

4.Mashed Avocado 🥑 on @erewhonmarket Paleo Bread with Smoked Salmon, Almond Milk Ricotta and a Soft-Boiled Egg.

5.Roasted Tomato 🍅 Avocado 🥑 Toast on Multigrain Bread topped with za’atar. To make roasted tomatoes, spread on a baking sheet on foil (I like to use the toaster oven cause it’s easier), cut tomatoes in half and drizzle with oil. Bake at 425 for 20 min!

Simple Spanish recipe: Tomates al horno (baked tomatoes).⠀
This recipe for “Tomates al horno” (ovenbaked tomatoes) is so simple and takes seconds to prepare. Oh and it’s great for vegans too!⠀
I adore this recipe and make it often because it is so simple and so fast… either as a light snack, or to go alongside a main meal. ⠀
There are no hard and fast rules on quantities with this dish – it really is just down to personal taste. As a rule of thumb – a pinch of your chosen herb plus a crushed garlic clove is enough for two normal sized tomatoes.⠀

Ingredients⠀
Tomatoes. Any tomatoes will do – but I love to mix different cherry toms⠀
A drizzle of olive oil⠀
Pinch of salt⠀
A couple (or more) of garlic cloves. Don’t bother peeling, but do crush ever so slightly with the flat of a wide blade knife. Add an additional peeled and crushed clove in with the herbs if you like your food as garlicky as we do⠀
Pinch or two of finely chopped fresh basil, oregano, thyme or parsley – add according to taste⠀

Method⠀
This is where it gets really easy!⠀
Preheat the oven to about 200C⠀
Halve the toms and place them cut-side-up in an oven-safe dish. Cazuelas are perfect for this⠀
Add in your unpeeled garlic cloves⠀
Drizzle a little olive oil over the tomatoes and garlic⠀
Sprinkle your chosen herbs over the tomatoes⠀
Oven bake until bubbling, and the toms are soft⠀
Serve hot – but note the warning below⠀
Spain Buddy tips⠀
It really doesn’t matter which herbs you use for tomates al horno – mix and match any if you like. However – do try to use fresh herbs if possible. These still taste great if you use dried but the flavour is slightly different. Basil, for example tastes completely different. My fave combo is garlic with basil.⠀

Simple Spanish recipe: Tomates al horno (baked tomatoes).⠀ This recipe for “Tomates al horno” (ovenbaked tomatoes) is so simple and takes seconds to prepare. Oh and it’s great for vegans too!⠀ I adore this recipe and make it often because it is so simple and so fast… either as a light snack, or to go alongside a main meal. ⠀ There are no hard and fast rules on quantities with this dish – it really is just down to personal taste. As a rule of thumb – a pinch of your chosen herb plus a crushed garlic clove is enough for two normal sized tomatoes.⠀ ⠀ Ingredients⠀ Tomatoes. Any tomatoes will do – but I love to mix different cherry toms⠀ A drizzle of olive oil⠀ Pinch of salt⠀ A couple (or more) of garlic cloves. Don’t bother peeling, but do crush ever so slightly with the flat of a wide blade knife. Add an additional peeled and crushed clove in with the herbs if you like your food as garlicky as we do⠀ Pinch or two of finely chopped fresh basil, oregano, thyme or parsley – add according to taste⠀ ⠀ Method⠀ This is where it gets really easy!⠀ Preheat the oven to about 200C⠀ Halve the toms and place them cut-side-up in an oven-safe dish. Cazuelas are perfect for this⠀ Add in your unpeeled garlic cloves⠀ Drizzle a little olive oil over the tomatoes and garlic⠀ Sprinkle your chosen herbs over the tomatoes⠀ Oven bake until bubbling, and the toms are soft⠀ Serve hot – but note the warning below⠀ Spain Buddy tips⠀ It really doesn’t matter which herbs you use for tomates al horno – mix and match any if you like. However – do try to use fresh herbs if possible. These still taste great if you use dried but the flavour is slightly different. Basil, for example tastes completely different. Mediterraner vegetarischer Nudelsalat 💚
Dieser Nudelsalat ist perfekt, falls ihr mal eine Alternative für die üblichen Salate mit Mayonnaise sucht.
Er isst vegetarisch, schmeckt frisch und hält sich ein paar Tage.
Auf 500g Nudeln ( Trockengewicht) braucht ihr:
🔸 2 Gläser rotes Pesto
🔸 2 rote Zwiebeln, in Würfel geschnitten
🔸 3 Handvoll Rucola Salat
🔸 2 Päckchen Fetakäse, gewürfelt
🔸 1 Glas eingelegte getrocknete Tomaten, in Streifen geschnitten
🔸 3 Esslöffel Olivenöl und drei Esslöffel Bruschetta Gewürzmischung

Ingredients:
1.5 frozen bananas 🍌🍌
200 gram of blackberry juice pads🍇🍇
1 scoop plant-based protein powder(organic, non-GMO)
ice to thicken
toppings of choice🍐🍈🍏

PREPARATION : 
1.Peel and chop bananas🍌🍌 the day before (or longer) and freeze in Tupperware
.
2.Remove frozen bananas🍌🍌 from freezer and blend in food processor with the 200 gram of juice pads🍇🍇, protein powder and ice. 
You can add liquid if it isn’t blending well but limit liquid for a thick consistency.

3.Add toppings like fruit or nuts and enjoy before your nice cream melts!
