I actually hung in there for 1 minute and 16 seconds which I’m really pleased with! Unfortunately I could only post 1 minute! -
Hang tough helps to increase grip strength which can sometimes be the reason you don’t manage a full set of pull-ups even though your arms and back are strong enough!

If you pull up slightly (as if to start a pull-up - and hold) this will engage the muscles making it harder but much more beneficial!

Per fare i burger ho cotto 500g di spinaci e li ho uniti a 230g di cannellini, 100g di pangrattato e 150g di farina di ceci. Cotti in padella con olio. Con queste quantità me ne sono usciti 6 abbastanza grandi. 🌱

If you guys have been following me for the past year, you’ve probably noticed my physique has pretty much stayed the same. I haven’t really gained much muscle and have just been lean... well that’s all going to change.

While I was traveling I stopped intermittent fasting, and was eating 3 meals a day. Even though I was barely working out,I felt like I was getting bigger. So now in retrospect I realized that because I was intermittent fasting pretty much every single day of 2018, I was not getting in enough calories to grow.

I would always be training on an empty stomach and would only have 1 meal a day. Don’t get me wrong intermittent fasting got me hella shredded but definitely isn’t ideal for gaining size, especially with my super fast metabolism.

So if your skinny and tryna get big, all I can say is eat, eat, and EAT SOME MORE.

Random card is pulled from the deck.  Number on the card determines the amount of reps, suit determines which exercise to perform. 
Participants did a total of 5 sets of the exercise with a ~10 yard run between each set. 
Today we pulled 8 cards.

Afterwards, we had an L-drill relay race.
