Well that sucked.
Today I attempted 305lbs on bench and failed. As soon as my butt left the bench, I knew I was toast. Being stubborn, I waited 5min and tried again. Buried twice by 305. I could have let this ruin my workout but instead it fueled me. I crushed the rest of my push day and ended the workout dripping sweat. USE YOUR FAILURES AS MOTIVATION and always remember to use a spotter when doing more weight than you should 😁
