I know sorry oldie picture.. The stupid cold has knocked me off my feet. Not that ot changes my friday night activities.. Watching tv in my bed, dreaming about travelling and photographing.. 😊
Have a great friday!
Will try and get a new picture for tomorrow 🤞🏻
I get it. Finding “time” to workout is hard. Finding “time” to eat healthy is hard.
Mike and I EACH work more than 40 hours a week and that also includes working weekends.
Mike and I EACH workout for at least an hour 5-7 days a week.
We don’t have a lot of free time for boring things like grocery shopping and cooking all while getting our everyday tasks done around the house.
I used to spend my Friday mornings relaxing and catching up on my TV shows I missed throughout the week. This at least 50% of the time lead to us eating fast food Friday nights because Mike didn’t have time or energy to go to the grocery after work. Now I spend my Friday mornings grocery shopping for him so I know we will have a healthy meal for dinner when I get home from work at 930. I also bribe myself with a Starbucks tea if I go to the grocery.
“Time” is all about how your prioritize your tasks. And for me, Starbucks is pretty high on that priority list 😉
Day 3. Introduce yo-self
SO... For anyone new to following my page --
Hey my name's Veronica, or V, VM, VB.. Ronnie to a few select ride of die's anyone else, just an actual death wish LOL but #truestory
I am 💛 in the personality colour test with 💙 in close second.
I'm 34 (til Monday) a true Aries; outspoken & honest, you'll see it on my face before it's even out of my mouth.
I have one wee person who is 2 & the light in my life.
I like long walks through the bush & the ocean soothes my soul.
I am an empath & super intuitive which ended up being the root if my anxiety in crowded places when I was younger but is now something I am learning to control.
I'm into reiki, crystals, numerology, tarot & all of that 'woo woo' spiritual stuff.
Pretty sure it runs in our family bloodline from my moms side as it seems to be a family trait lol
It's only now in my 'elder' years that it is something I am beginning to understand more & fully accept.
I feel that when you hit your 30's you're really ready & truly realize how important it is to embrace everything & anything that lights your soul on fire & surround yourself with only those things.
You learn to let anything else that doesn't just kick rocks.
I am only recently learning to embrace my more 'feminine' side but you will still be hard pressed to find me in a dress or a skirt.
I'm a barefoot blue jean or cowboy boot baby probably until the day that I die & I definitely still believe in crazy 💕love.
I'm also seriously considering botox lol #mylifemyway
I have an essential oils business & my own wellness brand that I run solely because they make my heart seriously happy.
I'm also into photography, editing, travel & refinishing old vintage furniture.
My serious life goals are to travel the world, write a book, open an animal sanctuary.. probably have another small person & just be happy.
Tomorrow this all my change LOL
Someone continues to get his perfect attendance award, but also grabbed the persistence award this time! So proud of my little man and his continued hard work to learn and grow at school. #myheartisfull#blondehairblueeyes
Two words..fishnet tights. They are such a statement piece of clothing that really say “screw the world, I wear what I want, when I want. You can’t tell me what to do” and I love that about them. They can be styled under ripped jeans, with a T-shirt dress, with a mini skirt, with a normal dress, the list goes on and on! They give every outfit that fierce character😈

I very much regret that I taught my cat to put his paw in my hand before he got the treat.. Now he look at me with his big big eyes, purrr and gently put his paw on my cheek.. How can I not give him a treat 😭
He also know sit, down and loves to play hide and seek.
Whilst writing this post, he meowed over and over and over again, which he does whe he wants to go out. So I got up, ha was next to me and meowed then started to walk, stopped after a few feet, meowed and looked at me to see I was still there. (I decide that that's why he did that yes..) So I followed him through the house to the window to the balcony we usually open for him, but he just sat down next to his waterbowl, which was empty. He actually came to get me, so I'd give him water..
He has never done that before, is he transforming into a dog??
