Who wants to know how my back went from that to that?
My back has been something I’ve been trying to work on from the start of being into fitness and lifting weights. I’ve tried many different exercises and variations to improve my back thickness and width. I’ve been really trying to increase the width of my back which is the latissimus Dorsi muscles which most most of us know as the lats and my spinal erectors as well. Your spinal erectors are not just one muscle but a group of muscles that runs throughout the entire length of your back. The reason that I work on my erectors is because it will help with my squat and deadlift which are main compound movements
