Squats: 335×5×2, then 275×2×4
Comp bench: 245×5×2, then 205×2×4
I'm tired (lol). Was a good hyped session with @quadsimodo181 @asiansensation181 and the almighty @tough00cookie
Looking forward to being done with this block, although it is definitely building a foundation of strength.
I need to make sure I'm stretching enough before squats. My hips got really tight as I was getting down into the home for almost every rep.
Her eyes reflect bits of the places she’s been and her favorites can be seen when she sings ... except don’t ask her to show you because she’s tone deaf and it takes someone who loves her a lot to listen to that 🤣
Here is a cinematic recap that we shot for a private dinner and spoken word poetry show hosted by @patrick_debelen

When you imagine how a composition would look like and it turned out just the way you wanted it. A moment of "hell yeah" and the feeling of great satisfaction was achieved! Thanks @call_me_deee for laying on top of a bunch of rocks to capture the frame that I wanted. Can't wait to print this up! #ernskjtravelentures
This is it folks. The final @goproanz x @thredboresort #60secondsofstoke that I’ll ever be putting together. This is bittersweet, no doubt.
With less than a year remaining on my Working Holiday Visa and intentions fully set on Europe next year, putting together these 60 seconds each month has been a fun teaser for the full length video I’m currently working on that’ll include way more than just GoPro footage.
Can’t thank everyone enough for not only letting me point the camera at them, or having them do the same to me but mostly for being just genuine human beings! This season end has been like no other.
Perhaps the biggest roadtrip of my life is about to begin next week so get ready for a ton of photos once again and stories to go along with them. It’s almost adventure time! 😁
Busting out one from the archives tonight, though turns out I’ve never shared this image! This is from one of the most inspiring hikes I’ve ever been on... a 3 day trek around Ausangate glacier in the Peruvian Andes. I still dream about this trip. And have aspirations of making it back to Peru for more trekking. Who’s with me?!?
Recently I had a sunset shot that was posted on a few feature pages (thank you). One of the comments simply said, "Photoshop?". I had to kind of laugh to myself because it can be construed as an insult insinuating that it may have been doctored or fake. My response was simply that any photo taken professionally is edited to some extent, but that doesn't mean "faked". After all, we shoot RAW for a reason. I truly think some people just don't realize how bright and vibrant some of our sunsets can be-- particularly facing west overlooking Lake Michigan. So for that person, here is another one that depicts one of those sunsets. It was mid July of this year on the Pere Marquette Beach in Muskegon, and the sky and water turned into an inferno... even the sand was on fire! Obviously being prime tourist season, for me it was fun to see the delight in the visitors eyes while witnessing what some of us Michigan beach goers sometimes take for granted. So yes, we do get these insane sunsets every so often... and in this particular "edit" I even bumped down the saturation a bit 😉
