So while i've you attention , why not giving you a little update about my bitch-ass ankles . So i started to see a physio and i already feel better but still really weak.. but ! (butt butt butt butt ...) i've hope for the summer to able to train hard and smart . For poeple who keep a eye on my storys , i doing a lot of work-out so generaly i'm stronger ( little feel lika russian lol )

Early in the year players often complain about their "timing" being off. This isn't surprising considering that almost all high school players fail to train in the offseason at the speeds they see in the games come spring time. Players then become defensive and reactive to the pitcher. A good way to get into attack mode is incorporate some rhythm into the timing component. Watch how Yelich starts his load as the pitcher is breaking his hands. That's early, but he lets it build with no rush. He's giving himself the opportunity to do damage out in front and get his A swing off. Yelich is then able to get to the highest point in his load when the ball is leaving the pitcher's finger tips. All that is left is his forward move. This is an easy dance with the pitcher that gives the hitter a sense of control over his movements and pitch selection. Get started early and be up with the pitcher is releasing to get back into attack mode.
I set a new PR for box jumps today. I'm not sure what was harder the actual jump or the mental block of going for it. I've wanted to try this for weeks now, today felt right so I went for it! Finished out the day with some single leg box jumps which is a new favorite of mine.
