Well, today is a good day. There are a lot of bad things happening in the world, but the little miracles make up for it. After having thought he didn’t survive with the Nebraska flooding, Jaime-Lynne and her kiddos (oldest daughter, @lexeigh.morgan pictured here) were surely surprised and elated to hear that he had been rescued by the Nebraska Humane Society. Now, Duncan has been reunited with his incredible family, and it’s a GOOD DAY. These pictures make me so happy! Thank you, Jaime-Lynne, for sending these to me, and thank you Lex, for allowing me to post these. I am so glad that after all this awfulness, he is back in your arms forever. #miraclesdohappen#nebraskastrong
Despite this wondrous news, this family has lost their home to the floods. If you would like to donate and help this incredible family out, please click this link > https://www.gofundme.com/family-of-8-is-now-homeless. I have known Jaime-Lynne for five years now, and she is the sweetest soul. Every penny, and every share counts. They all deserve the world.
Deleting the last caption because I just wanted to mention how great it was to see one of the biggest inspirations to my musical thought process. One day I hope to play my own music in front of people and persons like Jake, from Slaughter Beach, Dog, remind me to keep working.
Regretfully informing everyone that this was one of the first times I have listened to @sidekicksohio but also informing everyone that I’ve listened to their newest record about 5 times now. It’s been 2 days.
