Got back to the shop Saturday and realized something was off on the 240sx. After digging I realized the dual caliper bra kept wasnt setting flush due to a lip that was being pressed against the 300zx aluminum knuckle. With a grinder I trimmed the knuckle face to accept the GKTech plate flush to the knuckle. I also hadn't realized the 240sx hub and 300zx hub have different hub seals and both installed, one in the knuckle and one on the axle . The one on the axle should have been removed as the 300zx knuckle already had provisions for the hub seal so the axles were removed and that was corrected. Now the rear end sets much better and the calipers seem to have better clearence.
I also blew the line to the overflow container so I swapped all of that out with a Mishimoto overflow container and since I havent done so to this point I've ordered a set of Mishimoto fans and fan shroud to combat the 302 wanting to run 200-210 degrees and hopefully get it back down around 180-190.
