If YOU tell YOURSELF a lie for long enough. Eventually you will start to believe it.
Block out the negative self talk and allow your sub conscious mind to flow into a state of positivity. .

Toast Tuesday and it’s a favourite of ours this morning. Avocado with lime and chilli flakes, sliced tomatoes and a lovely ripe fig! Add in some nasturtiums flowers for a colourful and edible edition and brekkie is ready. We’re definitely Looking forward to all the figs ripening on our tree now that rain has finally gone 💚 #avocadotoasttuesday#colourfulfood#edibleflowersandleaves
Beautiful stationery makes my heart sing.
Yes I really do NEED all of this 🤣 The large notepad is for my three A4 pages of Morning Pages*, the ‘Everything is Possible’ is my journal, the elephant notebook is for my week/month planning and the ‘Coffee then Adulting’ notebook (a gift from a cherished friend) is for my daily stuff to do.
The pen is hugely sentimental too - part of a gift from another wonderful friend.

* Morning Pages are three pages of writing whatever comes into your head, ideally done first thing in the morning, by hand.
Julie Cameron explained, in The Artist’s Way, that there is no wrong way to do Morning Pages, they are not high art. They are not even 'writing'. They are about anything and everything that crosses your mind – and they are for your eyes only. Morning Pages provoke, clarify, comfort, cajole, prioritize and synchronize the day at hand. Do not over-think Morning Pages: just put three pages of anything on the page... and then do three more pages tomorrow.
